o-
It is estimated that British banks make £1.3 billion a year from
bank charges. o-
Banks will often charge £25-30 for going overdrawn
for as little as £1. o-
On the 5th of April 2006, the Office of Fair Trading (OFT)
concluded that many of o-
these bank charges were unfair and maybe illegal. o-
Already bank customers have reclaimed millions in
unfair bank charges. If you o-
feel
that you have been charged unfairly by your bank we can investigate and o-
recover the charges plus the interest
on your behalf. Your claim can go back 6 years o-
and even if you have changed bank
we can still reclaim your charges. o-
We will make the complaint on your behalf to ensure maximum
compensation on o-
a NO WIN NO FEE basis. If you feel you have a claim

form below or telephone us on 08459 000 800. Unfair
